She is vibrant and energetic and eager to get the job done. She is a great people person and would be a asset to any position where detail is critical.
A few words to describe Wendy.
..persistence, hard working, integrity, trustable, patience, people-skill, funny... Long story short, I got my dream home and am very happy all due to Wendy's determination to do her best to get the job done. Looking back, I'm still amazed how she was able to pull it off considering how difficult the situation was and also dealing with a very private seller. There were quite a few offers and somehow Wendy was able to connect with the seller and got us a huge advantage over others, we were able to have access to the property that none other buyers/agents were able to do, and that made the difference. The whole time working with Wendy I never felt rush into making any questionable decisions, she kept reminding me to thoroughly go over the facts before committing. I was totally comfortable with and trusted her advice. She's not like some agents who just want their clients to buy/sell the property quickly so they can collect their commission and move on to the next one :). I'd definitely without any hesitation refer Wendy to anyone who's in the market for a home.

With that knowledge she has an expertise in negotiating sales/purchases for her clients. Her responsiveness to inquiries is exceptional. She determines what a client is looking for, either as part of a sale or purchase, and moves towards those goals. She is dedicated to helping her clients get what they seek, or at least tries her hardest.
Wendy did a great job in helping to close a "short sale".
As many people know, short sales can be very difficult and require significant follow-up by the real estate agent. Because of Wendy's contacts, she was able to expedite approvals and get the short sale approved in the shortest amount of time.

If you're a new homebuyer with no clue about the terminology and processes in home buying, definitely give her a try. I started my search with Wendy a few years ago, but because I was in no hurry whatsoever to get a home, I was extremely picky and my budget didn't allow me to get what I wanted at the price I wanted. Fast forward to current time, after personally saving a bit more, we were finally able to find our dream home under budget! Throughout the years, Wendy was always extremely patient with me and never rushed me to get a house just to get a house. She always made sure I was happy and would have enough reserve to be comfortable and I really appreciated that. When we finally found the right home, she was able to help close in just 25 days! We worked lock-step, hand-in-hand as we knocked out milestone by milestone in able to close without any issues. She was also very knowledgeable in recommendations for renovation/repairs, lenders, and insurance companies.
