I can't say enough good things about Wendy! If you're a new homebuyer with no clue about the terminology and processes in home buying, definitely give her a try. I started my search with Wendy a few years ago, but because I was in no hurry whatsoever to get a home, I was extremely picky and my budget didn't allow me to get what I wanted at the price I wanted. Fast forward to current time, after personally saving a bit more, we were finally able to find our dream home under budget!
Throughout the years, Wendy was always extremely patient with me and never rushed me to get a house just to get a house. A few words to describe Wendy...persistence, hard working, integrity, trustable, patience, people-skill, funny...
Long story short, I got my dream home and am very happy all due to Wendy's determination to do her best to get the job done. Looking back, I'm still amazed how she was able to pull it off considering how difficult the situation was and also dealing with a very private seller. There were quite a few offers and somehow Wendy was able to connect with the seller and got us a huge advantage over others, we were able to have access to the property that none other buyers/agents were able to do, and that made the difference.
The whole time working with Wendy I never felt rush into making any questionable decisions, she kept reminding me to thoroughly go over the facts before committing. I was totally comfortable with and trusted her advice. She's not like some agents who just want their clients to buy/sell the property quickly so they can collect their commission and move on to the next one :).
